The Center for Home Care Excellence (CHCE) was founded to support industry and consumer groups, associations and policy makers to create  and promote national standards and policies that benefit accountability, credibility, visibility and performance of the workers and industries in Long-Term Care Services.

The Fraud and Abuse Control Information System is a current and historical database of sanctions, exclusions, debarments and disciplinary actions for all provider types at federal and state levels. The database helps CredentialedCARE assist customers to verify and validate persons, professionals and businesses.
